Plymouth-Canton Marching Band Seeking Incoming Ninth Grade Band Members
What: The award-winning Plymouth-Canton Marching Band, who are a 22-time Bands of America Finalist at Grand Nationals in Indianapolis, is hosting a series of informational meetings for students and parents who are interested in joining the 2010 Marching Band program.
Spring Arts & Crafts Ensemble March 13th at Plymouth High School
What: The annual PCMB Spring Arts & Crafts Ensemble is a juried art and craft exhibition hosted by the Plymouth-Canton Music Boosters. Exhibitors include makers of handcrafted jewelry, St. Paddy’s Day and Easter holiday gifts, floral arrangements, purses, wood crafts, glass works, clothing & linens, paintings, painted glass ornaments, and more. In addition to the 100+ exhibits, there will be food, baked goods, a raffle, and entertainment by local musicians and artists throughout the day. Admittance is $2.00.

Community Financial Credit Union is now featuring the artwork of Starkweather Alternative Education Center students in the lobby of its Harvey Street branch in Plymouth through Feb. 27. The collection features more than a dozen matted works, including water colors and charcoal drawings.
